Any member with an Expensify account and access to ChatGPT can connect using the Expensify connector in the ChatGPT connector directory.

Requirements:

• A ChatGPT account
• An active Expensify account
• Internet access for OAuth authentication

How to connect Expensify in ChatGPT

1. Open ChatGPT.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Plugins.
4. Find Expensify in the list.
5. Click Connect.
6. Complete the OAuth sign-in and approval flow in your browser.

If ChatGPT still cannot access your data:

• Go to Settings > Apps in ChatGPT and confirm that Expensify appears under Enabled Apps.
• Open the Expensify connector in ChatGPT, select the three dots (⋮), and click Reconnect.
• Remove the Expensify connector and add it again by following the setup instructions in this article.
